- The app won’t launch or crashes
- Please update both iOS and the app to the latest version. If the issue persists, email us below with your device model and iOS version.
- My history or settings are missing
- Data is typically stored on-device. Uninstalling the app may remove this data.
- In-app purchases or ads removal issues
- Purchases and restorations are handled by your Apple ID and the App Store. Check your Apple ID in Settings or contact Apple Support.
